Processing Times
All press-on nail sets are handmade with care. Please allow time for your order to be created before it is shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization, and design complexity.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of Ambitions by An’Marie.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Ambitions by An’Marie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, Ambitions by An’Marie is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery concerns.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so the issue can be reviewed.
